Overview
Akumina is aware of the recently disclosed critical PHP vulnerabilities, collectively referred to as php2shell, identified as:
- CVE-2026-109618
- CVE-2026-109619
These vulnerabilities affect the PHP scripting language and could potentially allow unauthorized remote code execution on affected systems.
Impact to Akumina Customers
Akumina's core platform is not impacted by these vulnerabilities.
The vulnerabilities are specific to PHP. Akumina's core platform utilizes Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, and SharePoint, and does not rely on PHP for its core application functionality.
As a result, the php2shell vulnerabilities do not affect standard Akumina platform components.
