Users are unable to load the Akumina site due to a "loop" with an alert indicating an expired session. Clicking the "refresh" button only reloads the page with the same error message.
- Azure AD is enabled
- In the 'interchange.settings.config' file (located in your App Manager files in the hosted environment), ensure the "akumina:BackgroundTenantId" value is populated properly
- In the App Manager storage (likely Azure Storage), look for a '.json' file with no file name.
- If found, backup the file, then delete it.
- In App Manager, navigate to "[AppManagerURL].com/admin/debug", and click "clear all cache" to clear the App Manager cache.
