Akumina Cloud clients may see an issue with People Directory loading.
The outage has been resolved as of February 8, 2022 at 2:35 pm EST.
Akumina has found and resolved the issue stemming from maintenance completed on the cloud that resulted in the People Directory and User Context not loading in certain scenarios.
Akumina is reviewing the issue urgently and working to resolve it as soon as possible. Updates will be posted here as they are available.
