Akumina identified latency issues with requests originating from Central India. To investigate, we temporarily removed Central India from the application pool. However, this caused problems calculating latency for subsequent requests, as they were routed to random regions. This change made it difficult to pinpoint the true source of the latency problems. We have since re-enabled Central India, resolving the routing randomness and allowing us to assess latency again accurately. The overall impact from 7 AM EST to 10 AM EST, during this time some customers may have experienced latency issues.
